Siemens Corporate Communications (UK OP) in Munich, Germany, commissioned
the SIGMA team at Furtwangen
University to answer
the question: How can Siemens' Internet presence be more customer
oriented
and better organised while providing a more useful overview of
the company?
Our team approached this question from two angles:
first, through the development and implementation of a Web monitoring
concept,
and second, through the installation of an online survey. The
demographic and statistical data gathered through these tools provided
a solid base
from which to optimise the concepts aimed at relaunching the
Siemens site.
Siemens invited
us to present our project results to the Siemens International
Web Conference in Keystone,
Colorado, USA.
