The Apple iTeam is a professional group of people in Germany who promote the consumer products of Apple Computer such as the iMac and iBook in computer outlet chains like Karstadt and Mediamarkt, and consult and support customers. They receive frequent trainings by the Product Managers of Apple Germany to keep up to date with the latest product technology and have access to a discussion forum to exchange experience.
